The APCW

Hello, I am a huge fan of the J Todd show, Perspectives Now, in which I listen to via Rounders Radio. A few weeks ago or so I caught part of a show about Pic club and the merge network and became a bit concerned. After a few days of pondering my concern I decided to withdraw $300 which was on or about the 5th of November. Now their withdraw policy states that I should allow 3 weeks to receive my check by mail......it's been 56 days! After numerous "live chats" and several emails I get the same response...."we have forwarded your withdraw and concerns to our "cashier" and as soon as we hear back from them we will let you know. I'm wondering just how long it takes to hear something back from their "cashier".....after all when i was in the army and deployed to desert storm back in the early 90's, it only took the US and it's coalition forces 100 hours to defeat and reppell Iraq's army. Am I over reacting???

no you are not, they only tell you that when they know damm well they never even sent the check at all...period, they are waiting for you to go so mad that you will reverse your withdrawal , and they probably will tell you to use a different method and that it would be faster for you

I waited 4 weeks, never ever got a check, reversed it opened an ewallet account like they suggested and waited 26 days and still never got my money (diff site) same senario-happens over n over -so sick of it

I personally will never deposit another penny online...I don't remember when i have had a withdraw go through without any problems...sick sick sick I really am sick to my stomache about how much hassle and lies and bullshit we go throught to get out winnings----I for one am done

This has been a difficult situation for us because we have two large organizations pointing fingers at one another and players trapped in the middle. I put an APCW investigator on the issue, who is actually a Senior News Editor at Casino City (our parent company) and was told that he believed this was a business-to-business dispute.

We've made many attempts to warn people about these issues. Perhaps it's time we escalate the attention on this subject. I am very sorry that you are caught in between these two silly, fighting companies. All I can say at this time is that I do believe you will eventually get paid. Both Pic-Club and Merge seem to be solvent and operational, just not with one another. In time, Merge should get their stuff together and pay the players who have loyally patronized their sites.

It's all a bit ridiculous.

Lets all hope they do. It would be a shame to see that one of the sites that stuck by the American player at the onset of the UIGEA get in some sort of a financial turmoil.

I've not forgotten about this issue, and I wish I had the ability to look into this deeper on my own. However, I do have a boss to answer to, and they don't believe there's a story here. =0(

It's been quiet for a while, so I wonder if it's better left alone as a news story... just need to make certain that the players understand there have been issues here.

I know this post is over a month old but I just have to chime in on this. I use eWalletXpress and play at Reefer Poker all the time. I have made several withdrawls and it has never taken more than a couple days to be in my eWallet account.

Good call.

I know that many of the Merge casinos that were using PIC are now slowly finding alternatives that are speeding up the process. If you live in the U.S. and request a cash out, you just have to be patient and try to understand what you're up against right now.
